Win an Ela Rechargeable Couples Vibrating Ring from #GoodVibrations #holidaygiftguide2016

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

It's that time of year again, when people start thinking about shopping for the holiday season. I'm famous for having all my shopping completed early, and this year is no exception to that. In the spirit of Christmas, I'm working with a number of companies who have joined in my Holiday Gift Guide 2016... and this is the fifth post!

I'm a woman in my mid 30's, and I feel like I have two children: my daughter who's a 15 months old toddler, and my partner who at times is harder to take care of than the little Munchkin! Since having a toddler, it's been quite busy and hectic around the home. I seem to be running on the minimal sleep amount of sleep, and it seems like there's never enough hours in a day. My day usually starts around 5 am, and my head doesn't hit the pillow until at least 11 pm every night. What has having a toddler done to our sex life? It's almost non-existent at the present moment. Yes, most of the time I chose sleep over romance... so as a couple, the need for a little extra spice is important. That's why when I contacted one of my favorite adult novelty sites that I've worked with in the past, I was sent their Ela Rechargeable Couples Vibrating Ring. I've reviewed a number of items from Good Vibrations in the past, and they carry a wide range of items specifically aimed at couples.

Loving My Pretty Blue Eyes with Lenscircle! #lenscircle #colourcontacts

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I'm in my mid thirties and I've worn glasses as well as contact lenses for quite a number of years. I got my first pair back in the mid 90's in high school, and they sure have changed throughout the years. I still remember my first pair, having to clean them every day, whereas now I usually go for the disposable. I have dark brown eyes and have always wondered what I would look like if I had lighter eyes. I had the opportunity to work with the company called Lenscircle... which is a company that carries a wide range of contact lenses.

There's so many pretty colors and styles to choose from, however, I ended up going with one of their prescription colored lenses. I've tried color lenses before in the past, but always found that with my dark brown eyes, it was hard for the color to show. I tried the Angel Circle Lenses in the colour blue! The way that the blue is for these lenses, is that they actually have a color combo. A beautiful blend of unique tones of blue in one lens to create a subtle, natural looking eye.

Enjoying a Cup of Latte With My Organic Matcha From #matchaorganics

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

If you know me well, you would know that I love all things cold: ice cold water, iced coffee, and my favorite, iced tea. I'm addicted to tea and drink it daily, and have a nice collection. Tea has many health benefits, so I'm all for drinking it! I recently came across the company Matcha Organics, which offer two kinds of culinary grade green tea products. You may ask yourself, what is Matcha? Well, it's green tea that's been finely milled into a powder. Most teas come in the form that needs to be steeped and drained prior to drinking, but since matcha is in a powder form, you're able to take full advantage of it's health benefits.

The Japanese is known for their leading luxury teas. The Matcha is packed with plenty of health benefits.  It's considered the world's most powerful green tea, as well as being the best quality. It's made from a natural ingredient that comes from the Camellia sinensis herb, in which it undergoes a natural and complex process that involves both stone grinding and steaming. Once that process is done, the powdered green tea is vacuum-sealed into a pouch, or sealed in a tin... this keeps it from direct light, which helps preserve its natural antioxidant properties.

Loving My New Glasses From #Firmoo - Get A Free Pair!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I have worn glasses for as long as I can remember, and this last time I waited quite a while before getting new ones. I recently went for my eye checkup, as it had been years since I've been. I already knew that my prescription changed a bit, which it probably doesn't help that I stare at a computer screen daily. Since it had been a while since I had new glasses, I was super excited to look for new frames. I was fortunate to get a chance to work with the company Firmoo, who paid for a portion of my new glasses. They covered the cost of the frames along with the special coating and partial of the lens, as I selected the thinnest lense, inwhich I paid for a bit of the upgrade. Since I have a high prescription, I always have to get the thinnest lense to prevent any discomfort. Normally if I was to purchase glasses at the store, add the thinnest lens to them, and the cost is well over $500! Purchasing your frames online is super cheap, and you're not losing quality in any way... at least not at Firmoo!

Monitoring and Losing Lbs Using My Kitchenier Premium Kitchen Scale #Kitchenier!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

For many years I've used a kitchen scale for a huge part of my meal planning, mostly due to me having gastric bypass surgery. I haven't been using it for every meal like I used to, but I've been using it on a regular basis. When you buy stuff already prepared from the store, they're already pre measured into portions. But what do you do when you've prepared food from home? I'm trying to eat clean and healthy, so I've been getting back into measuring and keeping track of everything that I put in my mouth. The best way to monitor your eating habits and calories, is to measure and keep a food diary. Thanks to my new Kitchenier Kitchen Scale, mealtime and snacks are properly monitored. You'd be amazed at how quick the calories and fat can add up throughout the day, that you really wouldn't realize what you're truly eating until you write it down. I personally like to use an app on my cellphone for that... MyFitnessPal... username kimmie1980ca. If you're looking to track the food and drinks that you consume, feel free to add me.

Taking it Easy While Using Fairhaven Health Nursing Products - Nursing Pack Giveaway!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

For those of you who read and follow my blog, you would already know that I recently had a baby. You would also know that I've had issues regarding infertility, as a result from PCOS... I've blogged about it many times in the past. My little Brianna is a little over 3 months old, and she's my miracle baby.

While I was pregnant I contacted the company Fairhaven Health, to inquire about their products. I was fortunate to be able to test some of them, mainly the ones for post-pregnancy... for nursing. I actually intended on writing this blog post months ago, however, having a newborn was a lot more work than I previously expected. It also doesn't help that she was colicky, which took up a lot more time trying to calm her down on a daily basis. I have figured out that cutting out dairy (milk) has made a huge improvement, and I've finally been able to start catching up on my blogging.

Feeling Better With My SantaMedical Non-Contact Thermometer #NoncontactInfraredThermometer!

As of today I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant, and I guess I'm feeling okay compared to how I could be feeling. I have however, felt a little off the last few days, which brought me a trip into the hospital yesterday evening. I had my weekly routine appointment with my gyno for a follow up, and she asked me how I was feeling. I had noticed the last few days that I've been extremely tired... more than usual, and my hands and feet seemed to be itchy as hell in the nighttime. So, that meant many hours of testing and lots of fun at the hospital down the street. I have to go for a follow up on this coming Sunday, which in the end might end up with me being labor induced.

While I was home the last couple days and I was feeling a bit off, I've been monitoring a number of things... my blood pressure, fetal movement with an app on my phone, and double checking my temperature. Thanks to a product that was sent to me from the company SantaMedical, I got to test out their Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer!

I'm In Heaven Because of My SantaMedical Kneading Massager #KneadingMassagerCushion

With me being in my third trimester at 35 weeks pregnant, being able to review a massage product couldn't have come at a better time. I was doing pretty good up until a few weeks back, but now I've had to slow down. The pregnancy aches and pains have taken over my body, which leaves me exhausted almost instantly after any task. I'm so blessed to get an opportunity to review the Kneading Massager by SantaMedical, it basically helped prevent me from having the crippling back pain.

The item arrived yesterday, and without any wait I had to test it out. At this moment I don't have health coverage for getting a professional massage, so this item comes at the perfect time. The original box was a decent size, not to big or small... perfect size for storage in the linen closet. When opened, the contents were snugly wrapped and held in place. Once I removed everything from the box, I was surprised and excited to find that there was an extra cord for the cigarette holder. Yes... thanks to the extra cord for the cigarette lighter, this little massager can easily be kept in your vehicle, which would be perfect for traveling or anyone who has back pain. It also has a convenient thick elastic strap on the back of the massage pillow, so it can easily be held in place on the car seat head rest.

The Perfect Way to Keep Track of What You Eat!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

One of the things that's quite important after gastric bypass surgery, is weighing your food. I used to keep track of everything that I put into my body, which included weighing every piece of food, or drink that I was about to consume. To be honest, it's been a while since I've done this on a daily basis. I do write everything down via my cellphone, however, one important part that I've been lacking was using my kitchen scale. I used to have an old fashioned one, but the last little while I've been using my NutriCrystal  by ReFlex. It's the latest in technology when it comes to weighing your food, as it syncs with your smartphone. Say goodbye to having to jot down numbers in a journal, and keep track of it with your phone via Bluetooth.

The company offers a wide range in colors to match anyone's decor. I went with the color blue since it's my favorite, and it's super pretty. When it comes to the size, it's 9.84 x 7.09 x 0.79 inches. NutriCrystal is featured with a built-in lithium polymer battery that is rechargeable via standard USB cable. It's Bluetooth Smart Ready, thus is able to connect to any device, such Andorid, iOS and Desktop Computer via Bluetooth.

Since I've been pregnant, I've noticed that I've had to eat more frequently, but in smaller quantities. This past month I've introduced this product into my routine, and noticed a huge difference. I originally was 208 Lbs a month ago, and just this week at the doctor I weighed in at 199 Lbs. It's still higher than I would like, however, I'm incredibly happy that I dropped 9 Lbs... especially with being pregnant. I would LOVE to continue the rest of the pregnancy without putting on any further weight. I would actually like to drop more. My goal would be to get down to 190 Lbs by the time I give birth, and then my next goal after that would be 175 Lbs.

Interested in getting one of these awesome digital wireless kitchen scales? Of course you want one... click here to grab yours today! Interested in checking out their Facebook and Twitter? Of course you are... you never know when you could come across a deal!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Just Do Yoga: The Complete Yoga Guide To The Best Yoga Poses For Total Mind And Body Bliss

I've never been much of a sporty person... always hated team sports. I could never get into stuff like baseball, hockey, or anything team related. That goes for both watching and playing sports. I was more of a jazz and tap kind of dancer, a swimmer, and a skater. The last couple years or so I started getting into yoga. I've never been one for the gym and was quite shy when it came to joining a class. I did however, join a yoga class at one point, but found I was more comfortable in doing yoga at home. Being new to it, there were quite a number of moves that I tried... the helpful part of being in a class, is to have someone help you with your poses.

If you're someone who's somewhat shy like me, and would like to learn about yoga and all the different poses available... you could take a look at the book: Just Do Yoga! It's a complete guide to yoga with all the different poses for total mind and body bliss. I've read the book a few times already, and it's a very easy read. I've accomplished a third of the poses, with two thirds to still try.

Would I recommend this book? Sure... the only thing that I would suggest to the creator (Julie Schoen), is to create the book with a ring type binding, so that you can follow the pages while you're actually doing the yoga. Currently with the way that the book is constructed, it's difficult to hold it open while trying different poses. Other than that, it's an awesome book.

Interested in getting a copy today? Of course you are... click here!

Relief For Back Pain!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

It's been quite a while since I've suffered with bad back pain. I guess that's due to me losing over 100lbs, however, now that I'm pregnant I'm probably going to have some back discomfort towards the end of my pregnancy. When I did suffer from back pain, I found it quite difficult to stand for a long period of time. How did I try to deal with it? Well, popping some pain killers helped... although I can't exactly do that now, as I don't want to harm my little angel.

I was contacted by a company called BodyRyzm LifeSciences to review their Qi Orthopedic Pillow. Originally when I received the package, I was slightly confused. I have a  bad habit of not reading instructions right away. So when I saw that the pillow was completely flat, I thought what a waste. It wasn't until my mother took a look at it and noticed the writing on the label that stated "Must read first"! Yes, I felt slightly retarded that I didn't notice it... I had though the pillow was broken! What's special about this pillow? Don't let the flat appearance in the beginning fool you... you're supposed to blow it up to the pressure that fits to your liking.

Since I haven't had back pain for quite some time, I ended up giving mine to my grandmother... she suffers from back pain quite often. She normally uses it when she's watching television for a long period of time, especially if she's been doing some extra work around the house. I've also tried the pillow, and found it to be quite comfortable. I would most likely bring it to work, as I sit at a desk all day.

Would I recommend this product? Yes... and I will most likely wanna steal it back from my grandmother in a few months! Where can you get one of these pillows? You can find it on Amazon, as well as QVC website... click here to visit. Interested in checking out their Facebook page? Sure you are... you  never know when you may come across a deal!

Having Trouble Conceiving? Try the SpermCheck Fertility- A Home Fertility Test for Men!

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I'm in my early 30's, and half of my friends are having kids or already started a family. I've had a miscarriage in the past, but haven't been successful having children until now. I don't have kids quite yet, however, I am pregnant. I'm farther along then I've ever been... I'm in my second trimester, and so far the baby appears to be healthy.

A little while ago when I was trying to get pregnant, I was doing pretty much everything I've read up on to help increase my odds. Since I have PCOS, a heart-shaped uterus, and 2 cervix's, I had it in my heart that I most likely would not be able to have children. Well, I'm happy to say that I've been blessed with a little angel... I'm so happy.

If you're someone who's been trying to conceive for some time, and haven't had any luck... there's many things that you can try. I was contacted by the company Spermcheck Fertility to test out their product.

SpermCheck Fertility is an accurate, affordable and easy-to-use home test for determining your sperm count. Fertility experts estimate that male fertility issues are the culprit in at least 40% of couples who are experiencing difficulty in conceiving, and point to low sperm count as one of the main causes of male sub-fertility and infertility. With SpermCheck Fertility, you will know within minutes if your sperm count is within “normal” range.

Interpreting the results of the SpermCheck test is simple. A positive result indicates that your sperm count is above 20 million sperm per milliliter of semen, which is the accepted standard among fertility experts for “normal” sperm count. A negative result indicates that your count is below the 20 million sperm per milliliter threshold, and that further testing by your doctor might be warranted to determine if low sperm count is causing any fertility issues.

Best of all, the SpermCheck test can be conducted in the privacy of your own home, providing you with valuable information about your fertility status – without the expense, embarrassment and inconvenience that often accompanies a clinical semen analysis. dad and babyWhy Test Your Sperm Count?

Low sperm count is one of the main causes of fertility issues in men. Simply put, a low sperm count decreases the probability that one of the sperm will be able to successfully fertilize the egg.

Because couples who are trying to conceive are often under a tremendous amount of stress and uncertainty, identifying barriers to conception is extremely helpful. By using SpermCheck Fertility to measure your sperm count, you can quickly determine if it is necessary to explore treatment options, including male fertility supplements (such as clinically-tested FertilAid for Men), prescription drugs and/or varicocele surgery, to increase your sperm count and enhance your chances of conceiving.

Does it actually work? My partner and I tried the home test, and the results appeared to be normal. Of course it doesn't replace going to the doctor and having tests performed, but is a nice and convenient way of a little reassurance.

Interested in trying the product? Of course you are... click here to grab yours today. Interested in checking out their Facebook or Twitter? Of course you are... you never know when you could come across a deal.
