Cool and calm
That’s how it always starts
When I least expect it
Fear begins form in the pit of my stomach
Fingertips start to tremble
I forget to breathe
My heart beat now inconsistent
The palms of my hands generate sweat
For some reason I can’t sit still
The walls of the room rapidly close in
I restrain my self from screaming
From losing my mind
From losing all control
From losing the last bit of sanity that I have.
