Growing up I was a huge fan of music, but I'm sure what I listened to used to drive my mother nuts. I spent most of my teenage years listening to my tunes full blast using earphones, so I wouldn't completely torture my family with what I was listening to. I listened to music so much, that I would even fall asleep wearing the earrphones... which meant that I was replacing them quite frequently. Since a fair amount of time has passed since I was in high school, technology has advanced a lot. Say goodbye to annoying earphone wires attached to your mediaplayers, as we're now in the age of wireless using Bluetooth.

My latest find is the company SoundPEATS, that offer a wide range of earphones to suit everyone's needs. Whether you're looking for earphones to make a hands-free phone call on your cell, or to enjoy some of your favorite tunes, they offer top quality products without hurting your budget.

I was fortunate to get the chance of working with the company on reviewing two of their products. I was sent their Q11 Model in black and their Q20 in white. Both are compatible with iPhone and Android devices, which means that I will be keeping one and my partner the other. Actually, I'm planning on using the pair for my partner as a stocking stuffer this holiday season... yes, it makes for the perfect gift!

The Q11 has 5 hours of talk time as well as music play time, 180 hours of stand by time, and has a range of 10 meters. Yes, I've had them in my ear while talking on the phone, but had the phone on the table at the other end of the room! This model has flexible earhooks, which is great for someone who's moving around and doesn't want it to fall off their ear. These truly are made for multitaskers, as they actually stay put.

The Q20 also has 5 hour talk time, 175 hours of stand by time, and only a 1-2 hour of charging time. This model is even lighter than the Q11, and I'm sure my partner is going to be thrilled to receive these! He seems to go through earphones quite often, as he's hard on them... he tosses them in his backpack for work. I love that these come in a little zipped pouch... now I wonder if he will actually take a few seconds to put them in it?!

Since I'm a mom and it only takes a few seconds for the little Munchkin to get into things, the real test is if these earphones make it through a day with a toddler. So, I did an experiment... I let her play with mine. The end result... they're still in one piece and working!
