Warmer weather is here, so what better time than to shed all those layers and sleep… naked. Yes, naked. Whaaaaaaaaaa… ? Not only is it super-sexy, experts swear naked sleep is actually good for you. We asked them to spill the top reasons you should ditch those pajamas.
