Hey everyone. Good news is I'm back home... thank God. I went to CAMH, and I must say that they were very helpful compared to everyone else I've seen so far. I'm happy to say that I was able to come home and sleep in my own bed... I was afraid that I would have to stay a few days there. It was stressful beyond anything I've experienced before, when it comes to mental health providers. CAMH really is an institution like they portray in the movies... was scary and didn't want to stay there. They were helpful in the way that they would help get my referral for the new psychiatrist moved up closer. December is just too far away from now. They added a low dose of Seroquel, which I was on before and they believe I should go back on it. I have a follow up appointment with my family Dr on Tuesday, and have a letter from them to give to her.
As of right now I'm doing somewhat okay. My anxiety is still bothering me, but compared to last night at the place... I feel much better. Going to take a nap now... was up late and woke up way too early this morning. Damn cat jumped on me, and stabbed me with his nails... he got a cat pedicure after that.
