Rembrandt & Reach: Gives me a gorgeous smile!

For as long as I can remember, I have always taken fairly good care of my teeth. Growing up, I didn't have the prettiest mouth, as I was in need of braces. Yes, I had braces for over three years of my high school life, had all four wisdom teeth pulled, and I now have a fabulous smile. I always had a pretty smile, but straight white teeth sure does improve the overall look. Even though I take care of my teeth, with every day life they can take abuse from what you eat and drink. I'm addicted to chai tea and the occasional glass of red wine, but my teeth don't love it. I've used a couple brand name whiteners in the past, but fell in love with Rembrandt! They carry a wide variety of whitening products to suit everyone's needs, there's something for everyone.

I received a variety of products from both Rembrandt and Reach, and couldn't wait to get started on having a whiter smile. The products that I received were:

• REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® Stain Dissolving Strips
• REMBRANDT® 2 Hour Whitening Kit
• REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® Toothpaste
• REMBRANDT® DEEPLY WHITE™ + Peroxide Toothpaste
• REACH® Total Care + Whitening Toothbrush
• REACH® Total Care + Whitening Floss

Now if only I received these products earlier in the summer, to help prepare me for my big wedding day. That's okay, it's never too late to brighten your smile. I decided to start out with something simple... the  REMBRANDT® DEEPLY WHITE™ + Peroxide Toothpaste   Since I have sensitive teeth, I wanted to start out easy with this product before any other. In the past using teeth whitening products, I found that they always seemed to bother my teeth and gums. Well, I'm happy to say that with this product, I didn't have any of that.

The REMBRANDT® DEEPLY WHITE™ + Peroxide Toothpaste tasted minty fresh, actually left my mouth and breath fresh, with no gritty feeling like other whitening toothpastes. This toothpaste is the first and only all-in-one fluoride toothpaste with Active Dental Peroxide, which is the same enamel-safe ingredient cosmetic dentists use. I actually noticed my teeth appearing whiter within three days of using the product. I've been using it daily now for over a month, and my pretty smile has to thank Rembrandt!

Along with the toothpaste, I tested out the REACH® Total Care + Whitening Floss. I have to admit, I may floss once a week. Yes, I'm usually too lazy to floss daily... and it's a bad habit. But you know what? This new dental floss actually helps you whiten your teeth! So hell ya I'm going to try and use it more then once a week. It helps you get in those hard places between your teeth, and helps add a little whitening while at it. It's designed for superior plaque removal, and it uses what they call as Micro-groove technology. I also love the fact that it's shred resistant, super strong, tastes good, and is easy to grip.

The next item I tested out was the REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® Stain Dissolving Strips. I had waited a couple weeks to try this product out, just to make sure that the other products wouldn't bother me. So far so good. I've used many other whitening strips in the past, and I must say that these are by far the best so far. I love how you don't have to wait and remove the strip before doing anything. So you could actually go about your normal day, and use them any time. I like to keep a few in my purse, and use them throughout the day. You can use a couple in a row, or wait between each use. The main goal with these strips, is that you will have a noticeably whiter smile within two weeks. These strips are meant to help remove tough stains from smoking, tea, coffee, wine, etc. 

All you have to do is keep them on for 5-10 minutes at a time, and you can just wipe it away if you like. I personally don't like the feeling of anything on my teeth, so I like to wipe them with a tissue after ten minutes. Even with me having sensitive teeth, once again I had no problem with this product. There really is no flavor to the product, and there isn't any foul taste or smell. Nothing worse then having something smelling and tasting toxic in your mouth. 

The packaging is a nice bright red, so it would easily catch anyone's eye with it on a drugstore shelf. The actual packaging is just like any other strips... small cardboard box that contain strips for the top and bottom teeth.The individual packaging of each strip were easy to open, although I did find the first one challenging. Once I had it figured out... it was easy from there!

Throughout using these three products, I was also using the REACH® Total Care + Whitening Toothbrush. At first I didn't realize that it wasn't a regular toothbrush. I had left it in the medicine cabinet for a short while. Then when it came time to actually have to replace the toothbrush that I had, out came the new one. I have to say that it feels great, and isn't too harsh on the teeth and gums. This toothbrush was purposefully designed to whiten teeth and remove stains. It's the only toothbrush delivering whitening power with MICRAWHITENING™ Calcium Carbonate bristles. It also has a unique touchpoint grip for advanced control Slim, with a precision grip handle.

There is still the REMBRANDT® INTENSE STAIN® Toothpaste and REMBRANDT® 2 Hour Whitening Kit that I have to review. As more time passes by, I will test those out. There's only so much whitening of the teeth that should be done at a time! I will be using those products closer to the holiday season, and will update you all on those then.
