For those of you who have been reading my blog for a while now, you would know that I've struggled with my weight for many years. I've always yo-yo'd up and down, and it wasn't until the last year or so that I finally got it under control. Is it still a struggle? Yes of course. Is there an easy solution? I wish there was. I take it day by day, and hoping that with time it will get a little easier.
I recently came across an interesting Dr. Oz episode, which talked about weight loss. Of course this is one of the biggest topics to ever be discussed, but something made me pause that day. He talked about the Pure Green Coffee Diet, which is a green coffee bean extract for weight loss.
How does it work? Well, it helps energize with it's caffeine, which is perfect for regular coffee drinkers. What's different between this and regular coffee? Not too sure exactly, however, studies have been done to show that with a healthy diet and exercise, people were able to lose weight faster while using the product.
To be honest, I'm not a coffee drinker, and I also tend to stay far away from anything with caffeine due to my anxiety and panic attacks. But my husband LOVES coffee, and can't wait to try this product out. He want's to drop 10Lbs, and with Dr. Oz mentioning it on his show, why not give it a try?!
I did not receive a product for review, nor have I personally tried the product. I've read about it, and thinking of trying it out. Consult a doctor prior to trying any new health regimen.
