Today's weigh in: 186Lbs


So in one week, I have lost a total of 4Lbs. Pretty friggin good eh?! I've been watching what I eat, and have been making sure to get the proper amount of protein. I've been sticking to eating only 4oz at a time, and eating several times a day. I've been walking more then before, but still look to increase the exercise level. For the first week after new years, I'd say I'm off to an awesome start.
