My New RevAbs Exercise Fitness Challenge

For those of you that have been following my weight loss process, I have gone from 300Lbs to 217Lbs in about a six month period. Other then walking, I haven't introduced any workouts. Starting tomorrow I'm introducing RevAbs from Beachbody into my routine. Beachbody sent me two DVDs from their collection: The Full Throttle Intervals, and I'm looking forward to kicking butt!

I have decided to commit to a 6 month RevAbs fitness challenge, and will stick to following a schedule. I will be increasing my walking to equal at least 30 mintues a day, and will take the stairs everywhere I come across them. I will write a monthly review sharing my progress along the way.

Current weight: 217Lbs
BMI: 36.1 (was 47.8)
Waist: 48 inches (was 58 inches)
Hips: 51 inches (was 61 inches)
