20 Minutes of RevAbs... 20 More to Go!

Well, it's day 2 of my RevAbs challenge and I'm sweating like there's no tomorrow! I've tried both DVD's, but have only been able to complete half. I can complete the first round on both DVD's, and then I crash and burn! I am determined to complete the full 40 minutes of each, but it will take a few more days to work up to it.

I've spent far too long being out of shape, it will take some work to get back into shape. So far I'm feeling good and proud that I've managed to workout for 20 minutes at a time. Even though it's only 20 minutes... RevAbs is a crazy ab workout that will get you sweating. One thing that I need to do is pick up a mat to go down on my wood floor. I find that some of the stretches I slip and slide around trying to hold my balance.

I'll keep you all updated as to when I can finish a full 40 minute workout... until then I'll keep on sweatin!


  1. You can do it. The first week is the toughest and by the time you're ready for phase two you're going to already feel stronger. Keep it up and never give up. :) Here's to a new, healthier you.

  2. I'm on week three of RevAbs. I need a yoga mat too, my hard wood floors give me bruises. I'm doing 90 days, we could keep each other motivated if you like!
