Day 5: 12 Days of Christmas Giveaways - Kiss Naturals

Christmas has always been my favourite time of year, and I can remember as a child being crafty making gifts for everyone. I used to love do-it-yourself kits where you could make your own candy, candles, jewelry and much more.

Kiss Naturals is a Canadian company that carries DIY craft kits for children. The kits they offer: lip balm kits, perfume kits, soap kits and bath fizz kits. The company takes pride in making sure everything in the kit is natural. There are no dyes, synthetics, additives or fillers. Definitely kid friendly!

Kiss naturals sent me one of their lip balm kits to test and review. The kit came with everything you would need to make the lip balms. Included in the kit: Shea butter, oils, beeswax, stir spoons, lip gloss pots to keep the finished balms in, and of course instructions.

All ingredients came pre-measured and labeled inside of a little resealable bag. All you have to do is mix it everything together and add your favorite scent. The two oils they sent us were peppermint and orange... mmm my favourite! Everything gets used up in one session so you can only do the kit once, but it makes 10 small jars of lip balm. The kit is very easy to use, and the lips balms are ready in 30 minutes. The best part is that there's very little clean up!

Any of the kits would make a great Christmas gift. They're fun and perfect for kids of all ages (with supervision of course). Kiss Naturals also donates one dollar from every craft kit that is sold to a charity or nonprofit organization of your choice so your not only buying a great Christmas gift, but also helping to giveback to an organization in need.
