I just came to find out that they are planning to redevelope my whole neighbourhood. I was planning on possibly purchasing a townhome down the street from me, and now I come to know that there will be some massive condos built around it. Here's some photos of what they have planned. The project, designed by Page + Steele comprises nearly 10 acres and contemplates a total of 1,600,000 square feet of residential and commercial uses which will include about 1,500 condominiums, 85,000 of street related retail and 60,000 square feet of office space in buildings arranging 7 to 24 storeys. The project surrounds a 3-acre public park.
