Yesterday I made grilled veggie lasagna and invited mom and grandma over for dinner. We had a nice evening and watched the olympics which was in the background. I can't believe I actually spent so many hours cooking, but I had a craving for a really nice veggie lasagna. Mmmm!!!! Jingles was such a suck and was hiding the whole time... he was already spooked because I turned on the ceiling fan in the bedroom!
I am trying to decide what I will cook next... hmmm... lately I enjoy cooking.
