My daughter is almost eight months old and was started on solids as of four months. She's now migrated into eating baby food containing meat, and enjoys some of mommy's favorites... greek yoghurt, poached eggs, etc. Every step of the way I noticed a change in her poop and wanted to share with you a poop guide!
