Unsatisfied with Two Companies: 1 Year and No Resolution!

I'm sad to say that I never received this item for review, even though I've contacted the company at least a dozen times. Not once did I get a response regarding it, as well as Tomoson refused to remove them from my list of reviews. In order for me to get it to drop off my list, I have to publish a post... which is why I'm writing this.

I have no problem sharing my experience with my readers, especially if it's a negative one. Yes, all my reviews are 100% honest... and if it's of negative in nature, I always contact the company to try and get the issue resolved. Usually I end up walking away happy in the end, however, this time I was let down. What's the company you may ask? Tiger Balm... Neck and Shoulder Rub. No product = no link... I take pride in my work, and my writing takes time out of my schedule. I work full time on top of blogging, so every post that I share with you all is worth something.


I'm not trying to sound like I'm in a sour mood, but I've been battling the review site and the company now for almost a year... and still nothing has been resolved. Tsk, tsk, Tomoson and Tiger Balm!
