Can't Sleep... Goal Setting Time!

It's going for 7 AM ET and I still haven't been to sleep. Normally I sleep by 3 AM at the latest, but for some reason I wasn't able to this time. It's been a long time since I've had a night like this, especially when I have to work the next day. I guess part of it I could blame on my new toy... iPhone 5S. I had the 4S previously, but it was finally starting to act up. I have also been watching TV, blogging, and of course tossing and turning in bed. Somewhere during all this, I decided to weigh myself... scary shit!

The last time that I weighed myself I was 192 Lbs, and tonight I was 198.5 Lbs. I feel like I've let myself go, and I swore after the major life changing surgery, that I wouldn't fuck up again. I haven't been eating anything too crazy, but I haven't been going to the gym either. I've also haven't been careful when it comes to cocktails or iced coffees this summer, which is just wasted calories. As of last night, I've decided to get back into logging my food and exercise. Time to keep track of everything that goes in my mouth... MyFitnessPal is my go to tool for that. On top of that, I like to use my Fitbit to track my physical activity... every step counts!

It's time to set some new goals for myself, so here goes...

180 Lbs by September 1st, 2014
170 Lbs by October 1st, 2014
150 Lbs by December 31, 2014

I know my next goal stated under my Health and Weight Loss tab is 175 Lbs... which is very important to me. Baby steps for the next week or so, until I break some of my bad habits again. I always find that the first two weeks are the hardest... once you get off the crap, you don't crave it anymore. I will also be starting up an old blog hop from the past... Thinspiration Sunday's!
