Not The Ordinary Vitamin

It can be hard to give children vitamins—some are leery of the taste and some don’t like the way they look. Luckily, there are a few innovative ways to get kids to take their vitamins. Children’s vitamins usually come in an array of colors and flavors, but now they come in gummy and liquid form. While vitamins in the past were limited in the regards of color and flavor and tasted rather chalky, some brands of children’s vitamins taste great and look appetizing.

For instance, gummy vitamins appear much like fruit candy and taste like it too. Gummy vitamins can take the form of various characters, animals, colors and shapes. They smell and taste like candy which appeals to children. Introducing vitamins to children ensures that kids will take them. Gummy vitamins are so good that manufacturers are now making them for adults as well. They are certainly more favorable than standard vitamins.

Children’s vitamins also come in liquid form. For instance, some flavors of liquid vitamins include grape, cherry and bubble gum. However, it is important to choose vitamins that are of high quality, that contain botanical extracts, bioflavonoids, amino acids, enzymes and minerals for optimal nutrition. A good brand of children’s vitamins to try is Nature's Plus Animal Parade. They contain all the essential nutrients little ones need. No matter if a child is finicky or not, children’s vitamins that smell great, taste great and look great will win over any child.
