Mirai: Loving their new 3-in-1 Multi-Tasking Face Serum... It's Magic in a Bottle!

It's that time of year where the seasons are changing yet again. Here in Canada it seems that the weather is a little confused, as it doesn't quite realize it's spring yet. In Toronto, it seems to be colder then usual for this time of the year, which is doing a number on my skin. We seem to have one nice day of spring weather, which then is followed by a few days of rainy, damp weather. I find quite often that my skin is dry, yet oily in certain areas. I've tried many different products the last little while for my skin, and I keep coming back to a new favorite: Mirai. I've reviewed beauty products of theirs before in the past... click here to read my previous review.

Their newer product 3-in-1 Multi-tasking Face Serum seems to be doing wonders for my confused facial skin. Mirai is a Japanese company that offers amazing beauty products that do wonders for the skin. Their products are clinically proven to be natural anti-aging skin and body care, made for women by women.

The Multi-tasking Face Serum is like a little bottle of magic, it has helped tame my crazy skin by using a one step process. It's a toner, moisturizer, and age-defying serum in a single application. Yes ladies... no more overly cluttered bottles of products along your bathroom counters, it's all in one bottle!

Use both day and night to help prevent the visible signs of aging from sun exposure and estrogen-depleting hormonal changes. An innovative fusion of skin-loving natural ingredients and our "Less is More" Japanese philosophy of skin care, Mirai's Face Serum is designed to support and and give an added boost your skin's innate abilities to rejuvenate and restore itself, resulting in naturally radiant, long-term skin health and beauty.

3-in-1 Benefits:

TONES: Aloe and Green Tea help the skin maintain a healthy pH balance, crucial in warding off infection and preventing the skin from becoming too dry or too oily.
.
MOISTURIZES: Soy Protein gently smoothes and moisturizers the skin barrier, and Rice Extract--discovered when sake brewery workers in Japan were noticed to have beautiful hands--helps build the skin's capacity to retain moisture.

HELPS STOP THE SIGNS OF AGING: Astaxanthin--the world most powerful anti-oxidant--long heralded in Japan but only now being recognized in the U.S.--helps prevent and diminish age-spots, wrinkles and dry skin. Silk Protein (sericin) helps reduce dark spots by inhibiting the spot-making enzyme, thyrosinase. As sericin's amino acid structure is very similar to the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF), it also works as a natural NMF (Natural Moisturizing Factor) alternative.

Added Features:

  • Use both day and night; for all skin types
  • Excellent skin primer before applying makeup
  • Free of parabens and harmful synthetic preservatives, coloring, and fragrance
  • Lightweight, concentrated formula requires only a small amount per application
  • Light, natural (non-synthetic) fragrance

I received the product and have been using it now for well over a month. I have less breakouts, dry patchy skin, and my skin tone seems to have evened out quite a bit. The product is nice and light, and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or sticky. It just glides on the skin nicely, and a little goes a long way. It has a light pleasant smell, that is mild enough that it doesn't bother my sensitive skin. It's a pretty peach translucent color that looks pretty, and makes the packaging look expensive, yet environmentally friendly.

Another fun item that I received was their new book that they recently introduced: Less is More. It's a short little novel about Japanese beauty, weight loss and health secrets to help stop the signs of aging. It's a nice little book with some helpful tips that you won't be able to put down. It only has 130 pages, which makes it a fast read. The cover is white with a spa like appearance, which automatically has a sense of tranquility, peace, and simple beauty. In all honestly, I found this book to be an interesting read, with some awesome topics that I'm sure most people would find useful.
