This past holiday season I received my first duvet comforter, and I must say that they can be quite expensive. I wanted a goose down filled one, however, the sales person asked if I owned a cat. She made a good point that cats have a tendency of peeing on the down filled ones, whereas the silk or other filled ones may be more appropriate.
