Well another year has gone by, and I can't tell you where the time went. I'm still on my weight loss journey, and have been stuck at the same weight for quite some time now. With it being a new year, people normally make a new years resolution... I have not. The only thing I'm focusing on is to eat healthier, move more, and focus on my overall health. I have been yo-yo-ing for as long as I can remember, and the last year and a half I've maintained my weight that I was losing. The last time that I wrote about losing weight... I was at 185 Lbs. I actually gained a little... I was at 192.5 Lbs as of January 2nd, 2013.
Time to kick it into gear and get fit for the summer!
Today's weigh in:
189.5 Lbs
Next goal: 175 Lbs
Goal by spring: 150 Lbs
Final goal: 130 Lbs
I've downloaded the MyFitnessPal application for my iPhone, which I will be updating on a daily basis.
MyFitnessPal Profile: for those of you who want to add me and join along for the journey!
I will be starting up my weight loss blog hop again... the Thinspiration Sunday's, where you can share your health tips, pictures, etc. every week.
I will also be starting up my weekend recipe hop... it's been a while since I've posted that.
So stay tuned for all the new year fun... and good luck on your healthy journey!
Love the new look, Kim!
ReplyDeleteI am a HUGE fan of MyFitnessPal! I've used it for a while to both lose a few pounds and keep myself at a maintanence stage.. It's a real eye opener to actually see how many calories you are or are not consuming in a day, as well as your daily fat/sugar intakes!
Yikes!
GOod luck with your journey :-)
That is a great app - and I commend you for being so forthcoming! I just started yoga today and it was HELL! If you do MyFitness Pal maybe we can be "friends" - I can't wait to see how you progress on your journey - I have a few lbs to loose myself after all the self loathing I did last year :) BTW, been cleaning up my "subscriptions" and came by to see if you were still up and running - glad you are!! :) Happy New Year!
