Once again I'm exhausted from the lack of sleep. I woke up a little after 3 AM, and then tried to sleep around 5 AM. I guess I actually fell asleep finally, because my husband's alarm went off at 5:50 AM... I've been up since. I have a headache, my eyes are burning, my nose feels like it's going to fall off (not sure if it's a cold or allergies), and I'm in a bitchy mood. It also doesn't help that I've been on Twitter for the past few hours. Tweeting in bed seems to calm me... that is until the sun starts to blind me. So now I'm up, moody as hell, hungry but there's nothing to eat, and wishing I could turn the sun off.
What do you do to help you fall asleep? I really want to finally get some well needed Zzz's.
