Today's weigh in: 182Lbs
I'm happy to say that I'm down two pounds from the last entry of Thinspiration Sunday's Blog hop. It's been a real struggle to get enough protein, and to actually remember to eat. I've been eating regularly, and TRYING hard to get more protein. I'm actually not feeling good right now... dumping syndrome. I had a piece of tilapia fish, and I believe it was just a little too big, and the cajun spicies bothering me. I might have gallstones, as it's common after weight loss surgery. I've been getting some pain and discomfort, long before actual dumping syndrome started. It comes and goes, but now I'm going to jot down what I ate, to try and see what affects me.
Anyway, back to the thinspirational portion of this post... here's some fun pics to set the mood for the week. Have a great week everyone, and stay strong. I will update you on my health status throughout the week.

Very Well done to you, hope more achievement to you. If you are actually conscious about your health and want to keep yourself fit and healthy than keep in mind that good health absolutely begins from a healthy mouth.

Those pictures inspires me a lot! I really love to wear skinny jeans but i can't because of my fatty legs. Hope that Thinspiration can help me with this problem. Thinspiration SOS!:(
