Today's weigh in: 184Lbs
Last week was a disappointment, as I had gained two pounds. I'm happy to say that this week I've gone back down to 184Lbs, and hopefully next week I will be down even more. This has been a hard week, and I've been suffering with dumping syndrome, however, I think I had a touch of the stomach flu. Hopefully this will be a better week, and I drop at least one more pound. I will try to stay positive and strong. Good luck to you all on your journey, stay healthy, and keep strong!
