Day 3: New Year Healthy Eating!
So today is my third day on healthy eating, and I've been sticking to eating healthy for the most part. I made minestrone soup, and have been feasting off that for a couple days now. I will add the recipe to my Kimmie's Fav. Recipes blog shortly. When I started a few days back, I was 190Lbs, and as of this evening I'm 187.5Lbs! Not bad for a good start, eh? My goal weight by spring, is to get down to 150Lbs, and I'm determined. I wanna start skating, and walking, and swimming a couple times a week. Time to burn some calories, and actually get some exercise. Wish me luck!

ReplyDeleteOhhh good for you Kim.. Wanna do some swimming too. Lucy you, you are still able to eat the foods you want. I have to cut down my consumption for weight loss' sake..
