I'm currently stuck at 189Lbs, and my next goal weight is 150Lbs. So obviously my new years resolution is to keep on track when it comes to healthy living, and weight loss. What will I do differently this year? It's time to incorporate more exercise into my routine. With the depression and anxiety, I got away from any routine and was off work due to it. As of January 3rd, I am back to work, which means I will be getting into the routine of walking back and forth. I would like to increase the exercise to taking the stairs at work, as well as taking the longest route walking to and from work. Of course weather permitting... if it's incredibly cold and snowing I will use the excuse it's too cold! I will tell myself... with it being cold my body burns more trying to keep warm! Which... is true!
The holidays were wonderful to me and my family. I programmed a few posts, but have been quite busy to respond to emails and blogging. Over the next couple days I will try and get caught up again, as I have quite a few to go through. I also have a few product reviews to get posted, so keep an eye out for those. I will ring in the new year with some giveaways as well, so keep an eye out for those as well.
