Skin Free: A New Direction in Skin Care ~ $30 Gift Certificate Giveaway!

With the health problems I suffer from, I have sensitive skin. For as long as I can remember, I have suffered from certain skin conditions, that have made it difficult to purchase skin care and beauty products. At an early age, around puberty, that`s when everything started to go in a downward spiral when it comes to my skin. I never had problems with acne, but had dry flaky skin, psoriasis around the hair line, and the worst dandruff (dermatitis). Everything I tried didn`t seem to work, that`s when I finally came across Skin Free!

I received a nice little package from Skin Free, that was wrapped with cellophane, and tied at the top with pink ribbon. It was quite cute, and would have made for the perfect gift. Inside the package it incuded: Skin Free Extra Moisturizing Soap, Skin Free Niaouli Butter Stick, Blue Ridge Gypsy Anti-Bug Spritx, and the Blue Ridge Gypsy Studio Essential Oil Headache Stick. Some of these are brand new products, that were just introduced this summer!

I have to say I`m impressed. I have finally found relief for my annoying symptoms, without irritating my skin further. The first product I tried was the Headache Stick. I originally didn`t understand how something like this could even work. Well, it does! Think of it like Vicks Vapo-rub... it opens up your sinuses and brings a wonderful tingle to the area that you applied it. It contains two natural oils that help to relieve tension, and stop congestion. All you do is rub it on your temples or across your sinuses, to feel the quick relief. Much better then popping pills.

The Extra Moisturizing Soap is not like any other. It`s rich, creamy lather makes your skin feel fresh. It is gentle enough to even use as a shampoo, and doesn`t leave your hair looking greasy. This is the first soap that I`ve used that doesn`t make me scratch my skin afterwards. There`s no fragrance, color, petroleum, or chemicals in this product... perfect for my sensitive skin. This will be a regular in my home!

The Niaouli Butter Stick is my little secret weapon! It`s something that I toss in my purse for whenever I need it. Just remove the lid, and rub on any area of skin that is dry, itchy or irritated. With this baby, there`s instant relief, and along with the other products, it helps prevent another flare-up.

The final item is the Anti-Bug Spritz. This is a light product that doesn`t smell like other bug sprays, and actually leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed. It has a blend of citrus, essential oils and is in a water base. I`ve used this on my balcony in the evening and it worked. I haven`t tested it out in the woods yet, but I would love to bring it if I go camping.

All of Skin Free Skincare is affordable, and well worth every penny. I would recommend their products to anyone, not just people with sensitive skin. If you would like to purchase from them, click here to visit their website!

Skin Free Skincare has been kind enough to offer one of my readers a chance to with a $30 gift certificate!

I received an item for review, for my honest opinion. I was not compensated for this post. All opinions are my own, and others may vary.
