The Waiting Place Review

I recently had the opportunity to read The Waiting Place by Eileen Button and I must say that I really liked this book.

In The Waiting Place, Mrs. Button gives insight to different waiting places that we experience in our lives. Some of her waiting places included waiting for her baby to cry...a very good chapter by the way! Waiting for her uncle and god-father to take his last breath, waiting for the fish to bite while fishing with her father and so on.

Overall, I think her point for writing this book is to help us in our waiting places to just slow down and enjoy it. Take time to appreciate the little things in life.
