Today's weigh in: 211Lbs

Since last Sunday I've lost 5Lbs, which I'm very pleased about. I'm so close to getting under 200Lbs, and I can't wait! I'm still not used to losing 89Lbs... my mind is still thinking I'm fat... fat as in 300Lbs. Now I have the problem of hanging skin, and I hate what I look like now just as before. The main thing is that I'm no longer on high blood pressure medications, and able to walk and climb stairs no problem.

I'm still battling a major eating disorder, but now it's not overeating... it's not eating. I'm terrified of eating anything that has calories or fat, and seem to only eat once a day. I don't feel hunger pains, so I forget to eat. I chopped my hair shorter since it's getting thinner and falling out. I'm supposed to be getting at least 60g of protein each day, but I'm barely getting half. It's a real struggle each day, but at least I recognise I have a problem and need help. I have to keep strong, get my protein and continue my weight loss journey. Wish me luck.
