ReplyDeleteIn fact most of these images are photo shopped - with unrealistic proportions.
This is why celebrities yo-yo with their weight as their diets are get thin quick schemes and when the personal trainer and crazy stylist disappear they can't manage to maintain their weight and balloon again. I'd rather eat what the hell I liked (and I don't mean non-stop junk) and exercise to lose the excess weight, but that's just me.
