
I came across a great fitness opportunity, to join in some weight loss fun. Thanks to The Single Mommy Blog, there's a fall fitness challenge. Every Wednesday she weighs in and shares some fitness tips with her followers. I just joined, even though it started September 1st. My weight in day will be Tuesday's, since that's the day I usually weight in already with another fitness program I'm following. Good luck to everyone who's participating, and make sure to have fun.
