I would like to say a big Fawk You to my doctor... my family doctor that is. I am very close to telling him where to shove it. I hate doctors that seem to only be there for the money. He recently filled out forms for my disability, and the fucktard didn't fill them out properly... he did a half ass job and it got declined.
I spoke to my insurance company and they said that it wasn't good enough... that it was in point form and wasn't filled out to their standards. I was smart to have photocopied those forms that he filled out... so when I see him Tuesday to fill out forms that they sent again, I can show him what a piss job he did before. They looked like he filled them out in less then five minutes. He had no problem taking $50 from me for filling that shit out... if he tries to get another $50 for the new forms I will tell him off... I fuckin need a new doc.
