I didn't get to properly wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year like I wanted. The holidays were a little rough for me as I was sick on and off. The last little while I've been having trouble breathing... not sure if it's asthma or something else. I have a feeling it is asthma, and that it's weight related. I've gotten so fat that I'm starting to notice problems and health issues.
I have been seriously thinking about gastric bypass surgery and came to the conclusion that it's the best option for me. If you're a regular reader you would already know that I've struggled with my weight for years... and still no success in losing weight.
I go back this Thursday to the doctor to get the results of my blood work and ECG... he said we will discuss about surgery and options at that time. I pray that I can get it approved by OHIP... as I truely believe I will die without it.
