Can't Sleep

It is almost five in the morning and I'm still not able to sleep. I am back home now and thought I would have no problem sleeping. I am just so confused...Rachid actually acted like he loved me tonight. We were cuddling in bed when he noticed the lump that I have on my scalp and it scared him. I've never seen him so conserned before...normally he just ignores me. Him and I never talk anymore, so it never came up. Right now he is snoring away...but his reaction got me worried. I have to make an appointment for the doctor tomorrow...will go on Thursday. I guess in a way I was ignoring it and pretending it didn't exist. I'm just afraid it is something. I pray that it's nothing.
